Hikmat Jamal speaks out about racist slur by YRDSB Trustee Nancy Elgie

Hikmat Jamal, speaks to BaylorIC Worldwide Television about the recent events overshadowing the  York Region trustee Nancy Elgie who admitted to calling Carline Grant a "N~~~~~"  Nancy Eligie hasn't resigned despite pressure from the local community and blames her outbursts on a "head injury"
Hikmat talks also about the lack of response from those in leadership at the school board and the bad example it is setting for the community.
Hikmat also goes on to reveal that the outburst  by the York Trustee is not the only racial incident that has been overlooked and that change must happen to move forward.
